Maria D. Redekop was born on October 12th, 1819 in Rosenthal  Chortitza  Ukraine.  Maria D. Redekop's father was David W. Redekopp and her mother was Katharina C. Wieler.  Her paternal grandfather was Wilgelm D. Redekopp and her paternal grandmother is Maria Rempel. She had six brothers and nine sisters, named Wilgelm D. Redekopp, David D. Redekopp, David D. Redekop, Peter D. Redekop, Gerhard D. Redekop, Gerhard D. Redekop, Anna Redekop, Maria Redekop, Katharina Redekopp, Helena D. Redekop, Eliesabeth Redekop, Elisabeth D. Redekop, Anna D. Redekopp, Margaretha D. Redekop and Margaretha D. Redekop.  She was the sixth oldest of the sixteen children.  She died at the age of 35 on June 16th, 1855 in Rosenthal  Chortitza  Ukraine.
